Convention Planning: APT, Inc. will organize and coordinate state and national conventions, present informational seminars, and conduct CEU curriculums. APT annually constructs over one dozen such conventions involving the organization of speakers, membership registration, brochure creation, hotel and travel reservations. APT consistently works with a variety of entities and has access to numerous speakers making the organization of conventions efficient and cost productive. From trade shows to board meetings, APT will maximize your association's potential in tapping alternative sources of non-dues revenue, while generating a professional image. APT gathers membership response and reports to your Board on presentation effectiveness and the desired objectives.

Database and Information Management: APT, Inc. provides Database and Information Management services to all of its clients. APT will build and maintain a current data base of your association's board, committees and general membership. Your association's database is kept up-to-date, providing accurate information at a moments notice.
