Ken Tupa from RTA State Office presented the program for May.  He gave us an update on Legislative issues of concern to
retired teachers going into the next election and Legislative session.  He discussed the 16 units in ND, the 10,000 active members, 6300 retired teachers in ND, the 2.0 multiplier now, and the audit of TFFR and State Investment Board.  He passed around handouts of the Summary of TFFR's 2011 Legislative proposals and other 2011 Legislative proposals affecting TFFR Program.  It was a very welcome and informative program.  Thank you, RTA State Office!
